STEP 2

Schedule your home inspection by phone or by our 24-hour online scheduler. Someone is available to assist you, if needed.

STEP 3

You will receive confirmation by phone and email. Your confirmation email will include an inspection agreement, which will require your signature. You have an option to pay online or in cash the day before your scheduled inspection.

STEP 4

An inspector arrives at your home at your usually 15-30 minutes before your scheduled inspection.

STEP 5

After a brief introduction from the inspector, your home inspection begins. Clients are encouraged to accompany the inspector.

STEP 6

After the inspection, the inspector briefs the client on any issues found during the inspection and will answer any questions that the client may have.

STEP 7

The client receives a full Report of the home inspection, including color photos, a summary of the report, inspection agreement/contract, and your receipt via email within 24 hours of the inspection.
